Completed in the recorded evidence

• Local V0.3 prototype: atomic token, team vesting and five-vault deployment with six allocations.
• 58 local check groups and 96 one-second vesting-boundary assertions passed. This is developer testing, not an independent audit.
• The retained Base Sepolia Safe migration succeeded. Its recorded post-state had three owners, threshold two, the approved SafeL2 and handler, no modules and no guard.
• The V0.3 factory transaction was prepared and gas-estimated, without signing or broadcasting.

What still needed checking at that date

At the cutoff date, the remaining steps were to recheck the Safe and constructor inputs before signing a testnet rehearsal, then reconcile the supply, six allocations, vesting dates and vault controls. A successful transaction alone would not complete those checks.

Known limits

• Safe owners and thresholds are mutable. Two-of-three is a recorded policy, not a permanent guarantee.
• Losing the signing threshold may permanently lock fixed-controller vaults. Adding recovery would introduce another authorization path requiring review.
• The vault delay is immutable at 72 hours. Excess team-vesting deposits cannot be recovered.
• Earlier V0.2 contracts are superseded test artifacts, not official BVLVO token contracts.
• Independent custody, independent security review, an applicable issuance route and operating funding remain unresolved prerequisites.
