This console verifies the existing testnet Safe and prepares the BVLVO V0.3 factory transaction. It rejects other chains and does not request, receive or store private keys.

These fields verify an existing Safe; editing them does not add or change its owners. Use test-only addresses. A single person may control all three for rehearsal, but that is not independent custody.
Inspect the controller
The retained Base Sepolia Safe must use the approved SafeL2 singleton and compatibility handler, three expected owners, threshold two, no module and no guard.

Prepare the atomic deployment
The constructor creates the token, team vesting and five reserve vaults, then allocates the complete supply. No token should remain with the factory or connected wallet.
The deployment button triggers a MetaMask confirmation. Check the network, sender, zero value and gas estimate there before signing. Closing or rejecting MetaMask sends nothing.
Session record
Copy this record after deployment. A transaction hash proves only that a testnet transaction exists; deployment reconciliation remains required.
